Every shopping trip is “okay this is his christmas present.  O wait, this is then his christmas present. Gah nevermind, this will be my christmas present that he’ll use”

New teeth day!

Dear Oli,

I saw your first 2 teeth creeping out of your guns this morning. It felt like such a milestone although you won't remember a single thing about it.
Mummy's so happy for you and she's so excited, taking loads of pictures this morning.

No wonder you were so cranky and grandpies yesterday, we were wondering why you couldn't stop crying.

Please feed carefully ok, don't anyhow bite bite mummy's nipples.

Thursday - milk donor collection day!

Today you found your ten tiny toes!!

That explains why you woke up at midnight and took so long to go back to sleep. Gahhh~

Today is also grandpa's twenty third death anniversary.

Saturday - belated jab day!

Today nurse Siti gave you your 5-in-one + rotavirus immunization.

You were a trooper! Just a three sceonds yell of protest and we were done! I reckon you take after mama in this :)

We met a pleasant mummy, who was interested in our carrier and how you were of the same size as her 8-mo daughter. Her jaw dropped when she found out we did a home birth. The incredulous look on her face was priceless. Well, we survived to tell the good old  tales.

Now that papa has taken up the slot for World Championship 70.3, we're wondering when to pop another of you. By that time you would be a toddler running about.. not sure if i can prevent you from killing yourself while pregger. Hmmm.

Only time will tell yah!

Thursday - post overseas trip!

You often look at the spinning fan with much curiousity. Today you slotted your tiny fingers into your stroller blades. It wont be as funny if it were a standing fan.

Oh by the way, i half dropped you into the cot  while trying a back carry with a mei dai :p

You were giving the most adorable pout during your first flight to Bangkok! Amazing how you survived the heat of thirty five shopping in the markets :)

 You also started to grab your ten tiny toes.. soon enough you'll put them in your mouth! Hehe! We're smiling in your sleep because of you.
